To tell you a bit about myself...My name is Michele and I am the proud owner of Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise. I live on the outskirts of Jarvis with my husband, my 2 dogs and 6 cats...yes that was not a typo...six cats. I have two grown boys, age 28 years and both have families, which makes me a Grandma.
I have been sewing for well over 30 years and discovered this wonderful hobby...Machine Embroidery...14 years ago. I have been digitizing for three years and now digitize all my designs with the Generations software program. My designs have finally gone out to the public through the Designs Fest Hunt.
In the very near future I will be offering my designs for sale on my new web site "Paradise Embroidery Designs". When you see "Paradise Embroidery Designs" you will know they are mine. My designs will be conveniently available to you through instant downloads upon receipt of payment.
One problem that I came across when I started doing machine embroidery was that I could not find good quality supplies that I needed. I found that I was purchasing products from all different parts of the world. That made me decide that there was a serious need for a Canadian business that would supply quality products for machine embroidery. I have carefully selected the product that I carry.
At the same time I was contemplating starting a business, I was told by doctors that I had to give up my career as a Chiropractic Health Assistant and no longer be a part of the work force. I decided that I can't go to work, but I can bring work to me. By working at home I am able to work at my own pace...somedays much faster than others.
Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise took three years of careful planning before it was published and launched to the public online. We have been growing ever since. Each day a new customer discovers Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise.
I fell in love with the quality of Admelody Machine Embroidery Thread and was fortunate to be offered the Canadian Distributorship for Admelody Threads. This was a huge responsibility to take, but I don't for one minute regret it.
I am a people person and love the contact and friendships that I develop with my customers. Don't be surprised when you get a call from Michele at Not Just Threads at Potter's Paradise in regards to a question I may have in regards to your current order. I sometimes prefer the personal touch of Ma Bell verses email. It helps me connect with my customers and get to know a bit about you.
